🎟️ Prize Run terms

These terms cover the monthly cash prize in Lite Ludo (liteludo.com), "we" and "us" below. By entering the Prize Run you agree to them. Questions: liteludoapp@gmail.com.

1. The prize event

1. The event runs each calendar month, Lagos time (WAT). It opens on the 1st at 00:00 and closes on the last day of the month at 21:00.
2. Each month's prize is shown in the game's Prize Run screen. Once a month has started, we won't lower its prize.
3. We may switch the event off for a future month. A month that has already started runs to its end unless rule 10 applies.

2. How to enter

1. You need a registered Lite Ludo account. Guests can play the Treasure Run but can't win prizes.
2. Each Prize Run costs the coin entry shown in the game (currently 150 coins). Reaching the end of the run earns one ticket on the month's table.
3. No purchase is needed. Coins are earned free by playing matches and tapping sponsors' billboards. Gems, which can be bought, can't be used in the Prize Run, and nothing you buy improves your chances in it.

3. Winning

1. The winner is the eligible player with the most tickets when the month closes. If players tie, the one who reached that number of tickets first wins.
2. If the winner is ineligible, breaks these terms, or doesn't claim the prize in time (rule 6), the prize goes to the next eligible player on the table.

4. The prize

1. The eligible winner gets the full prize shown for the month in the Prize Run screen.
2. Prizes are paid in naira by bank transfer. They can't be transferred to anyone else or swapped for anything else.

5. Who can win

1. You must be 18 or older and live in Nigeria.
2. You must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and a Nigerian bank account in your own name, and the name on both must match.
3. Our staff and contractors, and their immediate families, can't win.

6. Claiming a prize

1. We email the winner at their account's email address within 7 days of the close.
2. The winner has 14 days to reply with their NIN, a government photo ID and bank details. We may also ask for a short video call to confirm their identity.
3. We pay within 30 days of verifying the winner.

7. Good conduct

The prize is for honest players. We will disqualify a player, and may close their account, if we reasonably believe they have:

• used more than one account, or shared or sold an account;
• used bots, scripts, cheats, bugs or exploits, or worked with others to manipulate results;
• given false identity or bank details, or entered on someone else's behalf;
• acted fraudulently or illegally in connection with the game or the prize, including attempted payment fraud; or
• abused or threatened other players or our team.

By claiming a prize you confirm that the information you give is true and that you aren't barred by law from receiving it. We may report suspected fraud to the authorities.

8. Your information

We use the identity and bank details a winner sends only to check eligibility and pay the prize, and keep them only as long as the law requires. With the winner's permission we may show their in-game name as the month's winner. We never publish NINs or bank details.

9. Taxes

Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility, except where the law requires us to deduct it before paying. If we must deduct tax, we tell the winner how much and why.

10. Law, regulators and changes

1. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable state laws. It is subject to any approval, conditions or directions of the relevant regulators.
2. If the law or a regulator requires it, or something outside our control stops the event from running fairly, we may change or end it. Tickets already earned stay counted, we tell players in the game, and we treat everyone who entered fairly.
3. We may update these terms for future months. The version in force when a month starts applies to that month.
